Women In Africa and Deloitte have joined forced since 2019 develop a mentoring program for women leaders in Africa. If you are a young entrepreneur looking for a mentor or an experienced leader with a passion for supporting women entrepreneurs in Africa – this program is for you!
In 2021, the third edition of WIA x Deloitte Mentoring Program for Women Leaders in Africa was led by Deloitte Tunisia’s Director, Afef Bedhiafi, and Senior Manager, Anissa Laferrere. The program supported a cohort of 30 women between November 2021 and June 2022.
The call for applications for the 4th edition of the WIA x Deloitte Mentoring Program for Women Leaders in Africa is open. This year, the mentees will be supported by the program for 7 months through:
- virtual training sessions around different essential skills in the world of work
- a mentoring program that will enable them to progress and achieve their professional goals
- networking sessions to build and strengthen their professional network
